How To Book

www.playgolfholidays.com has been designed to allow you to tailor make your own bespoke golf holiday, now for the first time you decide where you go, where you stay, where you play & of course when!

If you take your time & follow these straightforward instructions you can build a golf holiday that best suits you at a price to fit your budget. Choose your locations, choose your hotels & rooms, choose your courses, now the Asia Pacific golf scene is about to become more accessible.

If at any time during the selection process you wish to change your booking simply scroll to the bottom of any of the selection pages where you will find this link: “To start a completely new booking, click here.” This will take you back to the start.

If at any time during the selection process you wish to stop, but you would like to save your selection thus far & return later, maybe the following day, simply click where you see: “Bookmark this link to return here:” this will open your active booking, now either bookmark the page or save it in your favourites, our system will save your selections for you, then you can return to continue choosing your unique holiday at any time later

Book your hotels:
Because we want to help you build a complete holiday we have included the choice of a single centre or a multi centre holiday. To accommodate this you must first decide on your dates, this is because you must enter your first arrival date and your last night into your first hotel selection, when you change location you simply alter the hotel choice on the calendar. So for example, you wish to stay for a total of 28 nights split into two locations, arriving on the first of the month. Choose your first location, now choose your hotel & the room type, select “book this room” & enter your arrival date, do not forget that if you want to use your room before 12.00hrs midday then you must also book the night before. So you select on the calendar the 1st of the month & then select 28 nights, select the number of rooms & the number of adults & the number of children. The system will only allow you to select the maximum number of adults & children permitted in the room type, so if you need to book for more than the number allowed in that room you will need to book another room. Click on “save” & the calendar will open, the background will be in green showing the booked night. When you have finished choosing your accommodation, look back on the menu & start selecting your golf games. When you have finished choosing your golf you can then book for a further location if you wish to enjoy a multi centre holiday.

Book your golf:
Select the golf courses from the menu; the system only displays those courses that you can play at that location. If you decide not to choose a particular course after you have opened the page, simply select another course from the menu. When you have chosen a course you wish to play click “book this course” at the top of the page. Now select the dates that you wish to play this course & the number of players, scroll down to the bottom of the page & select “submit”. This will reopen the calendar still showing your hotel booking but now including a golf ball for the days that you have booked to play. Repeat this exercise for each course that you wish to play, book as many golf games & courses shown for that location as you like.

Book a second or further location:
You can choose as many locations as you like, just keep repeating the selection process. If you wish to book a multi centre holiday select the next location by using the menu buttons & then the next hotel, follow the same booking procedure as before but when you click “book this room” it will open the calendar page showing your first location hotel booking. So let’s say that you now wish to stay at a second location from the 14th to the end of your vacation, simply click the tick box next to the dates on which you wish to stay in the second location, click “submit at the bottom of the page & it will switch your booking for those dates to the new hotel selection. The calendar will now show your hotels in different colours. Now repeat the golf booking process for your second selection.

Submit your final selection:
When you are happy with your selections, click “submit this booking” at the bottom of the calendar page to take you through to the contact details page. Complete the details & click “submit”.

What happens now?
A member of our reservations will receive your booking & check the availability & cost of your selections The rates that are shown on the web site are the best rate that we have been able to negotiate with the hotels & the courses, however occasionally the hotels & the courses will run a promotion, your personal e-mail quotation will be based on the best price available to us on the day, so you may be lucky & receive a quote lower than you expected! Then we send a confirmed quotation to you by e-mail & you then have 6 days in which to confirm your booking.
